How to Make Blur Effect in Openshoot Video Editor Linux

# The first to open, openshoot video editor and and click the plus sign then select the video.

# after video appears, left-click and hold then off in the menu track one or track two

# after it was moved to the effect tab and select the blur-effect, then left click and hold off on the track that you specified earlier

# you can adjust the effect by right clicking on the track that you specified earlier and then click Apply

# play and you can see the results now
